One-pot soba supper

Our Soba Noodles with Miso Butter and Asparagus is a quick weeknight meal that taught us the two sides of cooking asparagus. The flavor inspiration comes from Momofoku’s David Chang, who blends miso and butter. To make it a meal, simply throw a sunny-side up fried egg on top.
