Vermouth-Braised Chicken
I'm a fan of Fast & Slow, but the recipe for Vermouth-Braised Chicken in the Nov-Dec 2020 issue fell flat. The result was nice, tender chicken, but it seemed white, unidimensional (fennel & fennel), boring. I added a some seasoned salt and cream to finish the sauce, but this one didn't get votes at my house.

Hi David - my family loved this one as a very quick weeknight meal. We paired with roasted potatoes for textural contrast.
