Hi Patricia - I *think* it's this recipe for Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. I'm pretty sure this is the only recipe with both beef and Sichun peppercorns that we've done on the show. If it's not this one, let me know! Best, Lynn C.
This looks great. The recipe was more stew like with chunks of beef. But, I really appreciate the info. This looks great. I think I will have to make it.
I found the recipe. Apparently, I need to pay more attention-Vietnamese Shaking Beef.
