Andrea Nguyen is the James Beard Award winning author of "The Pho Cookbook." She also edited the IACP award-winning "Unforgettable," the biography cookbook about Paula Wolfert. Her sixth cookbook, "Vietnamese Food Any Day," was released in February 2019. She has contributed to numerous publications, including the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Lucky Peach, Food & Wine and Cooking Light.
