Luisa Weiss is an American-Italian food writer based in Berlin. She is the creator of the blog The Wednesday Chefand author of the lauded memoir My Berlin Kitchen. Her cookbookClassic German Bakingwas named one of the best baking books of 2016 by both the New York Times and the Washington Post. Her work has been featured on Cup of Jo, Design*Sponge, National Public Radio, Food & Wine, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe and Harper's Bazaar Germany, among many others. Luisa writes the newsletter Letter from Berlin and lives in Berlin with her husband and two sons. She is currently at work on her next cookbook, Classic German Cooking.
