Chris Taylor and Paul Arguin are National Pie Championship winners and award-winning cookie bakers. Their debut cookbook, "The New Pie," was named one of NPR's Best Cookbooks of 2019. Formally trained scientists - Taylor holds a PhD in epidemiology and Arguin is a double board-certified physician with an MD - they're completely self-taught bakers. Currently working on their second cookbook, "Fabulous Modern Cookies," coming out in 2022, they continue to expand their passion for melding science and baking through creative flavors and unique techniques.
