Chefs Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich opened their first restaurant, Honey & Co—a tiny neighborhood restaurant serving traditional Middle Eastern food—on Warren Street, London in 2012. The couple have since opened a deli, Honey & Spice, a grill house, Honey & Smoke and published three cookbooks: “Honey & Co Food From The Middle East,“ winning Sunday Times Food Book Of The Year, "Honey & Co The Baking Book," their latest book "Honey & Co At Home" and a fourth coming in May 2021. Sarit and Itamar host their podcast "Honey & Co: The Food Talks," inviting influential guests from the food and drink industry to talk about their life made in food, and also write a weekly recipe column for FT Weekend Magazine.
