Yasmin Fahr is a food writer and author. Her debut cookbook, "Keeping It Simple," is one she says is "meant to be spilled and splattered on, marked up, dog-eared and cooked from." It was also named a best spring 2020 cookbook by The New York Times, Forbes and Esquire UK. In addition to writing and editing her own cooking sections for websites earlier in her career, Yasmin also previously served as a luxury hotel and fine dining restaurant inspector for Forbes Travel Guide. When not exploring her passion for feta, Yasmin continues to write regularly for a variety of culinary publications in print and online.
