This is absolutely delicious and has become a favorite winter staple. So much more interesting than plain mashed potatoes but just as comforting. This year I was lucky enough to get 3 savoy cabbages from the farmer's market--they're not typically easy to find here--and I knew exactly what I was going to do with them! I've made this at least 5 times and it seems to taste even better each time. I top it with garlic chives since I have an abundance in the garden year round and I often add a touch of a citrus vinegar at serving time. Delicious. Thank you for this recipe!
