A thick, nubby mixture of toasted and coarsely ground sesame seeds and umami-rich miso is the perfect flavor accent to skillet-cooked Broccolini; the sauce, tossed with the just-cooked vegetable, clings beautifully to the florets and bias-cut stalks.
