A marinade of thick, creamy greek yogurt seasoned with fresh ginger, paprika, lemon zest and honey forms a coating on shrimp that not only gets the flavorings to adhere but also helps tenderize them and aids in caramelization. The prep for this dish is minimal, and cooking happens in a matter of minutes, so the shrimp can be on the table fast. Mango chutney or green (also called cilantro) chutney are excellent condiments to offer on the side. Serve with basmati rice or warm naan, or add the shrimp to a grain-based or leafy salad.

Throw together, gobble up, repeat! YUMMY!!
10 Stars! It just is so easy and SO delicious, quick, nutritious, elegant, and versatile. I've fixed it multiple times and on the rare occasion when there is any left over--it makes a nice shrimp salad, or just topped as is on a green salad, one time I even saved out 3 for a simple appetizer for myself with crackers and a glass of wine. It's pretty economical, too.

Super Dish!
Made this dish on a week night. It was super quick & easy. But most of all tasted delicious! Served it over soy noodles and topped with cilantro. This will be a regular item to serve, will try with chicken also since we loved the marinade.

Enjoyable!
We had to use the paprika with cayenne mixture, which had just the right amount of heat. The shrimp stayed tender, and had a very good flavor. I used the leftovers on my salad for lunch.

Excellent and easy shrimp dish
The only drawback on this dish was chef's error. I should have allowed the shrimp to dry more thoroughly. Take the time to not only make certain your shrimp are fully thawed, but also dried...perhaps allowing some time to air-dry. Otherwise, this was outstanding-very tasty, attractive and easy to put together.
