Easy, Versatile Sauce
Wonderful with salmon but works equally well with roast chicken or pork. It was fantastic paired with a nice Spätlese!

This was amazing in salmon! I didn't have pine nuts so I used toasted almonds instead!

This sauce is delicious and complex. It tastes great on everything--fish, chicken and meat. I always use leftover sauce on another protein later in the week
