cup unsweetened coconut water
tablespoons Pure Indian Foods Organic Alphonso Mango Purée, divided
ounces white rum
ounce orange liqueur

01In a blender, combine the mango chunks, coconut water, 2 tablespoons Pure Indian Foods Organic Alphonso Mango Purée, rum, orange liqueur and salt. Puree until smooth, about 20 to 30 seconds. Pour into a large glass (coupe or highball), then used a spoon to drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon mango puree over the top.
