These glazed chicken thighs feature an addictive combination of sweet, savory and spicy flavors. We first roast the thighs in a hot oven, then finish them under the broiler to caramelize the glaze. Use either apricot or peach preserves—whichever you prefer or have on hand. For easy cleanup, line the baking sheet with foil before setting the wire rack on top.

My green chiles were not hot enough. It's an easy recipe, which I love. It tasted yummy.

Oh my what an amazingly wonderful and easy dish. I subbed skinless to save calories and fat (a recent weight watcher). The family loved this and already requested it made made again soon.

This is such an easy and delightful recipe. One thing I will try next time is to slide the slices of chili under the chicken skin before baking.

Perfect when you don't have time or energy for a time consuming recipe- or even when you do! Made it several times and we really like it. I am thinking of trying it with some hot pepper jelly hanging around my cabinet next.
