"They’re a special thing, deviled eggs, and while they seem like a treat that someone took the time to make, at the end of the day, they’re really very simple. I tend to think of them as composed egg salad, something I grew up eating a lot of. To give traditional deviled eggs even more flavor, I sprinkle the usually bland whites with spices, too. It’s as striking visually as it is taste-wise.

Labne in place of mayonnaise gives the filling a little tang. You’ll still get classic creaminess, as well as mustardy heat. Starting with whole mustard seeds offers a more complex taste than using pre-ground mustard powder." — chef and spice blender Lior Lev Sercarz

These sound SO interesting... however, a couple spices I have never heard of???

I would like to suggest putting together a sample pkt of some of these spices and herbs for people like me who, live on a fixed income and want to try new things, but spending $10 per spice is a lot of $$$ especially if we have a limited income... just a thought... small (& I do mean TINY) ziplock bags where we could choose like a half dozen samples to try out, especially since spices don't have a long shelf life.

I would definitely ...
"buy to try samples!!!"

Normally I buy herbs fresh, organic and dry them myself... vast difference in the quality.

Grow a few of my own as well... fresh is always best. I am starting over with my herb garden... my lawn guy sent over a novice kid who literally ripped EVERYTHING out of my garden including my Lavender bush that I started from a 6"pot... it was about 3 ft tall, almost 3ft around... I never got to harvest much that summer... was not a happy camper...

Thanks for taking the time to consider my request...😍! I love the show... it took a while to grow on me but... 💖 it!

AND... the ability to access recipes when you introduce them... GREAT feature!!!
