The Greek dish called makaronia me kima is similar to pasta with an Italian meat ragú, but the sauce is flavored with warm spices and herbs that yield a different flavor profile—one that may even suggest all-American chili to some tasters. This is our version of the Greek classic, and it is best served with some of the optional garnishes, along with warm, crusty bread.
