Three-Cheese Pizza
This is the simple and classic cheese pizza. We use a quick, no-cook tomato sauce and a mixture of three cheeses for full flavor. Straining the sauce after pureeing removes excess moisture that otherwise would prevent the crust from crisping.

GET DIGITAL & PRINTI just made the 3 cheese pizza using the Milk Street dough. It's the best pizza I've ever made - I'm so excited! I wound up bringing the dough to 70 degrees by putting it in the oven drawer while the oven was preheating to 550. I used two out of 4 rounds tonight - can I freeze the other 2 to use later? If so, what would the process be?
This was really good pizza. I made the MS dough recipe which was fairly easy and came out nicely. I think the added flavor of the Fontina is what I really liked.
