Two-Cheese Pizzadilla
Pizza meets quesadilla, yielding cross-cultural deliciousness. What more is there to say? Except, perhaps, that you should be prepared to make more than just one.

cup grape tomatoes, halved

medium red onion, thinly sliced

01Heat the oven to 450°F with a rack in the middle position. In a medium bowl, toss together the tomatoes, onion, 1 tablespoon oil and a pinch each of salt and pepper.

Cocktail hour
