In Search Of...a recipe I followed on MSK that included Boursin Cheese & Wondra, but lost it in a power outage. What was it?

Gâteau de Ménage (“Household Cake”)

Essentially the world’s biggest Danish, with subtler sweetness and a lighter crumb—a simple yeasted dough under a thin layer of lemony custard.
