Fast Week Night Meal
Tasty. Used sweet Italian sausage and I topped with feta and chili flakes. My husband topped with shredded Asiago and said it was not a good match, too heavy. Skipped the chives because we didn't have them on hand. We added Brussels sprouts to leftovers and thought it was a good addition. We will make again, a half recipe next time and will try with hot Italian sausage and Ricotta.
