This was delicious. I usually make my risotto in the pressure cooker. This method was not too difficult however, I will probably return to my pressure cooker version because it’s just as good and easier.

We LOVE the recipe and have made it several times!!! @milkstreet: it would be nice if it was written out completely instead of jumping back and forth referencing other recipes.
