CAN'T ACCESS THE WEB SITE AT ALL (ERROR 520 CLOUDFLARE UNKNOWN CONNECTION ISSUE)

Sorry for the repeated discussion title, but I was not getting any responses to my earlier query. I have not been able to get into the website for 2 weeks. I do not see a way to attach a screen shot, but, briefly, I get the 520 Cloudflare error screen. Device: Chromebook. Browser: Duck duck go. Incognito browser does let me access the site. Any advice?
