Bland
Omitted the meat b/c vegetarian. Without it, very bland. Maybe it’ll be better after a day?

Recipe seemed easy enough. Would have appreciated a bit more details i.e. cook the pancetta in oil at medium-high heat about x amount of minutes; or whether or not the pasta was to be drained or evaporate on its own.
