Non-Spicy Red Adjika:
½ cup walnuts
130 grams of red bell peppers, deseeded and cut into small slices
½ cup drained roasted red bell peppers, patted dry
2 ripe plum tomatoes, cored and quartered
3 medium garlic cloves, peeled
1 tablespoon grapeseed or other neutral oil
Kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground coriander
¾ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon ground fennel seed
