Summer Vibes (Mocktail)

Start to finish: 5 minutes
Servings: 1

4 ounces unsweetened coconut water
2 oucnes pineapple juice
½ ounce grenadine
Dash orange bitters
Dash Angostura bitters
6 to 10 granules kosher salt
Ice cubes
Ginger ale (optional)

In a stirring glass, combine the coconut water, pineapple juice, grenadine, both bitters and the salt. Stir without ice, then pour into a highball filled two-thirds with ice. Top with ginger ale (if using).
