Alex Aïnouz, also known as French Guy Cooking, is a YouTube creator, former engineer and self-taught cook who makes weekly food videos for a global audience. He is also a regular contributor to Milk Street Radio and co-host of the podcast "Food, But We Digress". Whether it's creative recipes, impossible challenges, geeky experiments and over-engineered DIYs, Alex focuses on bringing inspiration, confidence and fun back into cooking. Just before passing a million subscribers on YouTube, he won the Shorty award for Best In Food 2019.
