Greek yogurt seasoned with coriander, garlic and orange zest does double duty in this recipe. It’s used a sauce for serving and also creates a flavorful coating for chunks of pork loin. The yogurt-tossed pork is speared onto skewers and cooked quickly under the broiler; the char they develop adds flavor to the lean, mild-tasting meat. Serve with a rice or orzo pilaf and a simple leafy salad.

very tasty even the fussy eater like it
The heat of the coriander and the tang of the orange zest too pork loin from mmm to wow. It was exactly what I expected. Every Milkstreet recipe I've tried has been delicious.

This recipe makes an exceptionally tasty coating for skewered pork bites! I cooked them on the grill as it's too hot in the house to broil, and it was a big success. Thanks, Rose!
