To maximize flavorful browning, distribute the broccoli evenly in the skillet and pat down the pieces so they make contact with the pan's hot surface. You will need a 12-inch cast-iron skillet for this recipe.

I roast broccoli & carrots weekly seems like it would be easier to roast veggies & then dress with the sauce. Looking forward to making this recipe.
