GET DIGITAL & PRINTI have tried so hard to like black bean soup over the years, beginning with Crescent Dragonwagon of Sleepy Hollow fame ... but I’ve always been underwhelmed. So I tried once again with this Milk Street version ... BLEW ME OUTTA THE WATER! Seriously. Earthy but utterly complex flavor profile. If all their recipes are this good I’ll be a member until I’m a very old woman.
