In this recipe, we balance the sweetness of hoisin with herbal cilantro, the sharpness of fresh ginger and the tang of rice vinegar. Grated orange zest in the flavoring paste and orange slices as liners for the steaming basket perk up the flavors. Be sure to grate the zest from the oranges before slicing them.

I made this tonight and it was pretty good. It is not hard to make and my family LOVED it.

I made this recipe using Halibut. The flavors were very good, but I think the Halibut is a tad too chewy. I think the Cod or even Rockfish would be nicer with this preparation.
