Roasted cashews ground in a food processor with a few seasonings add richness and bold flavor to these oven-cooked meatballs. Ground cardamom lends subtle citrus, mint and floral notes, while garam masala adds a warm, well-rounded spiciness; use whichever you have or prefer. Serve with warmed flatbread.

Delicious and easy!
I was skeptical these would taste okay since it was so simple, but they were great! Start to finish was only 30 minutes, which is a huge bonus. Next time I might mix up the spices, but the cilantro, lime, and cashew combo is a winner!

Interesting and yummy
Because my oven is very old, once the meatballs were cooked through I ended up broiling the meatballs for a couple of minutes to brown them. I was concerned they would not brown otherwise. I didn't serve with yogurt. I served with a salad that included beets, goat cheese, more cilantro, and red onions.

I made these yesterday and they were very dry but they do taste somewhat good. My family all gave it a 2-3 stars. In the future, I would probably add breadcrumbs with some water possibly. Not sure.
